  • We conduct mid-year property inspection report with pictures

  • We coordinate repair requests from your tenant

  • We provide 24/7 phone emergency service

  • We provide monthly income statements

  • We provide year end reports (1099 and Schedule E)

  • We provide electronic direct deposit of funds via ACH

  • 90 day risk free trial

  • We take pictures of your property for marketing purposes

  • 9 month tenant assurance

  • We conduct a Rental Market Analysis to evaluate.

SILVER PLAN

Tenant Placement 75% Of The Monthly Rent

  • We Charge 75% Of The First Month Rent For Tenant Placement

  • Maximum exposure of your property to attract tenants

  • Take pictures of your property for marketing purposes

  • Listing on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

  • Market your home on the top 50+ Real Estate websites

  • Full tenant screening and background checks

  • Prepare lease

BRONZE PLAN

Property Management Only 5% from The Monthly Rent

  • We Charge 5% For Property Management Fee

  • We prepare and provide lease

  • Tenant performs initial check-in inspection of property

  • We provide access to your account online via Landlord Portal

  • We provide your tenant with access to their online tenant po

  • We coordinate, troubleshoot, and dispatch for tenant Request

  • We answer all tenant lease questions and concerns

  • We enforce the lease terms to your tenant
